Friday 31st October - Special Guest HG Tribhangananda das prabhu

Hare Krishna dear friends, this week, the last Friday sangha in the holy month of Kartik, will be an evening of rememberence of the Founder Acharya of the International Society of Krishna Consciousness, His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada; hosted by our special guest and disciple of Srila Prabhupada, His Grace Tribhangananda das prabhu.

Last saturday marked the anniversary of Prabhupada's passing and is treated as a Holy occurance, a source of bitter sweet emotions and for many lessons to be learned by His example and teachings.

Tribhangananda das prabhu is a friend and long time supporter of Brighton devotees and famous for his lively Kirtans and is an experienced practitioner of Bhakti Yoga and is passionate about sharing it with others. He will lead a talk on remeberences of his Spiritual master and His significance in spreading Bhakti Yoga and Kirtan all over the world.

We will also sing Guru Puja to Prabhupada and also, for the last Friday this year, sing 'Damodarastakam' and again have the opportunity to offer a candle to Krishna and Yasoda in the special Kartik ceremony. As usual we will also have Kirtan (chanting with musical instruments), the most effective method of self-realisation for this age, and finish with a Veggie/Vegan Spiritual Feast.
