Haribol everyone. This Friday Sangha is back on and again we will have our usual programme of Musical Mantra Meditation - Kirtan and a Veggie/Vegan Spiritual Feast.
This week will be a talk on 'Vedic Sound'.
Hoping this will be useful for anyone embarking or continuing the practice of Bhakti Yoga and also generate a good discussion.
