This Friday we will continue the theme of the Appearance of the Golden Avatar of Lord Krishna - Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu, also known as Gauranga, 'Golden Limbed', who famously innaugorated the process of Sankirtan - congregational chanting of Krishna's names.

Local senior devotee, His Grace, Vishnu das prabhu will take us deeper, explaining the more esoteric reasons for His appearance both internal and external and although a complex and deep topic, will help all of us of varying levels of experience and practice, understand more fully, the importance of this most merciful form of The Supreme and the amazing process he brought for self realisation in this age - Kirtan!

In the Age of Kali, intelligent persons perform congregational chanting to worship the incarnation of Godhead who constantly sings the names of Krsna. Although His complexion is not blackish, He is Krsna Himself. He is accompanied by His associates, servants, weapons and confidential companions.

As usual we will have Hare Krishna Kirtans (chanting with musical instruments) and finish with a Veggie/Vegan Spiritual Feast. We look forward to seeing you there!
