This week we are excited to have a special guest - our friend, His Grace, Vrindapati das, a long time practitioner of Bhakti Yoga, an accomplished and travelled Yoga teacher, pujari and experienced Kirtaniya.

Prabhu has kindly agreed to come and lead Kirtan and give a talk on the 'Sustainability of Spiritual Practice', a broad and deep subject promising to touch on the importance of healthy balance, navigating material challenges, whilst maintaining a spiritual outlook, sustaining enthusiasm and gaining spiritual maturity. Much valued topics for all levels of commitment to spiritual life.

Thus practicing constant control of the body, mind and activities, the mystic transcendentalist, his mind regulated, attains to the kingdom of God [or the abode of Krishna] by cessation of material existence.

Please come, join the joyous chanting and hear an uplifting talk and as usual we will have Hare Krishna Kirtans (chanting with musical instruments) and finish with a Veggie/Vegan Spiritual Feast. We look forward to seeing you there!
